Neha Sharma is a Senior Consultant at 3na since December 2024, bringing extensive experience in business analysis and data analytics. Previously, Neha served as a Business Intelligence Analyst at G'day Group, and as a Business and Data Analyst at Keolis Downer. Neha's early career includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Telstra, a Technical Specialist at TSA Group - Australia, and several positions at OATI, culminating as an Associate Project Manager. Neha has a strong background in developing Power BI dashboards and reporting on business strategy delivery, alongside expertise in managing client requirements and implementing changes. Neha holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University, acquired from 2008 to 2012.
