Tonaci Tran

Tonaci Tran is the CEO and co-founder of HypeVR/Volygon since 2014. In this role, Tonaci is focused on utilizing Volygon's core technologies, including AI-powered capture, streaming, and live realtime holographic video compression, to revolutionize how the world is captured and re-experienced. Prior to HypeVR/Volygon, Tonaci owned Tonaci Digital Camera Rentals & Services starting in 2007.

Tonaci Tran attended the UC San Diego Extension from 2004 to 2006, where they completed the Digital Media Content Creation Program. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at San Diego State University from 2001 to 2003. Their education history also includes a period at Thomas Jefferson School of Law from 1999 to 2000, although the degree and field of study for this period are not specified.
