Jesse Spencer-Davenport has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Starting as a PCA at Dayton Children's Medical Center, they then moved on to become Service Manager at Pat's Camper Sales. In 2007, they joined Diverse CTI as CTO, Director of Knowledge, Innovation and Technology Strategies. In 2014, they became Manager at Administrative Control Solutions, LLC. In 2018, they held two roles at BIS - Software and Technology for Your Business, as Marketing Director and Content Copywrite Coordinator. In 2021, they became a Member of RevGenius and RevOps Co-op, and Digital Project Strategist - Program Lead at Remotish. Currently, they are a Services Manager at 3NINES TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and a Member at Wizards of Ops.

Jesse Spencer-Davenport has a diverse educational background. Jesse attended Murray State University from 1998 to 2000, majoring in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Jesse then attended Wright State University from 2005 to 2007, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching. After that, they attended Oklahoma City Community College from 2010 to 2012, studying Business Administration and Management. Finally, they earned a degree in Business Management and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Jesse has obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as Snowflake, HubSpot, DigitalMarketer, and HubSpot Academy.
