Monica is the Head of Legal in the Governance, Business Integrity, and Closures (GBIC) team at 3one4 Capital. She oversees end-to-end round closures (new and existing portfolio companies) and exits across all funds.

She brings with her 7+ years of technical and operating experience across civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and real estate. Monica also has experience in dispute resolution practise for clients which included government organisations, companies, and public trusts across civil, commercial, and constitutional matters before the High Court of Karnataka, lower courts and tribunals.

Having worked closely with some of the biggest funds in India, South-East Asia and UK, Monica brings with her a strong background in the venture capital and private equity landscape, and a deep understanding of strategic investments, transaction and laws. She also has experience working with a diverse set high-growth start-ups lending to her proficiency in holistically advising companies in general corporate advisory matters.

She has been instrumental in augmenting the legal processes and frameworks within the firm while maintaining the importance of minimising time and maximising efficacy.

Monica graduated in B.A., LL.B. (HONS.) from the School Of Law, Christ University and Master of Law (LL.M.) from University College London.
