Jigna Popat

Jigna Popat is a seasoned professional in the executive search industry, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd. since April 2022. With a significant tenure at 3P Consultants, previously holding the title of Consultant from September 2015 to March 2022, Jigna has also contributed to Boyden as a Senior Research Associate and Augment Solutions as a Principal Consultant, where leadership of a recruitment team was a primary responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Team Leader at Career Avenues (I) Pvt. Ltd., overseeing recruitment team operations from January 2007 to October 2013.
