Pradeep Bhalla is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the recruitment and staffing industry. Currently serving as Principal Partner at 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd. since September 2010, Pradeep has contributed to the firm's status as one of India's top retained executive search firms. Prior to this role, Pradeep held positions such as Senior Vice President at Executive Access and Director of Learning & Managed Staffing Services at Adecco, as well as Regional Business Head at Canon. Pradeep Bhalla's academic background includes a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University and an executive education program at IMD in 2005, complemented by foundational education at Modern School.
