Dave Seaward

Dave Seaward has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Dave started their career in 1986 as a Research Assistant at Aston University, working on multiple research projects until 1989. Following that, they joined ITCM as a Director and remained in that position until 2006. During their time at ITCM, they also joined Molins as a development engineer, where they worked on hologram application, teabag machinery, and pharmaceutical machinery. Dave eventually became the Director of ITCM, leading a team of engineers and working on diverse technologies and industries. In 2006, they joined GlaxoSmithKline as a Retained Consultant, focusing on continuous processing and operational efficiency improvements until 2009. Finally, in 2007, they founded 3P innovation Limited and currently serves as the Founder and Projects Director of the company.

Dave Seaward obtained their Bsc and PhD in Engineering from Aston University between 1982 and 1989. Dave also attended Upholland Grammar School, but the degree and field of study for that period are not mentioned. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Best Practice in Training Network Alumni from City & Guilds.
