Ben Reid

Ben Reid currently serves as the People & Culture Business Partner for the APAC region at 3P Learning, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ben accumulated extensive experience at BBC Studios, working as an HR Business Partner and a Human Resources Manager for the ANZ region, where responsibilities included advising leadership on people solutions and managing HR initiatives. Ben also had a six-month secondment at the BBC Studios UK office, focusing on organizational design and change management. Earlier career experiences include HR roles at Fujitsu Australia Limited and the Transport Construction Authority. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University.
