Terry Karst

Terry Karst is the President & CEO at 3P Processing. Terry has previously served as Plant Manager/GM/Site Leader at Honeywell International and as a Design/Liaison Engineer at Boeing Commerical Aircraft Co.

Karst began their career in 1986 as a Design/Liaison Engineer at Boeing. In this role, they were responsible for managing engineering activities and directing repair and MRB activities for manufacturing. Terry was also a team leader/facilitator for process improvements and lean manufacturing activities. In 1999, they transitioned to Honeywell where they served as the Plant Manager of Avionics Repair/Overhaul Centers. In this role, they were accountable for P&L with annual sales/warranty of $70 Million. Terry also directed a workforce consisting of up to 260 employees and was responsible for all functions of site including Health/Safety/Environment, Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain/Inventory, Human Resources, and Facilities.

In 2008, Karst became the President & CEO at 3P Processing. Under their leadership, 3P Processing has become a leading provider of electronics manufacturing services.

Terry Karst has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wichita State University in Business Administration and Management, General. They also have an Associate's degree in Engineering from Barton Community College.
