Raúl Santiago

Raúl Santiago currently serves as the Associate Director of Learning & Development at 3PBIOVIAN, a position held since February 2024, after the merger of Biovian and 3P Biopharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Raúl held the position of Associate Director of Learning and Development and Head of Training at 3P Biopharmaceuticals from April 2022, focusing on equipping staff with essential skills and knowledge. Raúl's academic background includes extensive experience as a Professor at Universidad de La Rioja, where responsibilities encompassed being the Director of a master's program in emerging methodologies and technologies applied to education. Additionally, Raúl has been involved in various projects and consultancies related to digital competencies and has a strong foundation in educational technology development from previous roles in multiple educational institutions. Raúl holds a Doctorate in Pedagogy from the University of Navarra and an Expert certification in management and direction from U.N.E.D.
