Elisabeth Beller

Elisabeth Beller is Chief of Staff at 3Pillar, responsible for ensuring corporate strategy is communicated and carried out across the organization. She has 25+ years of experience in leadership roles at growth companies. As Chief of Staff, she leads development of 3Pillar’s service offerings and is responsible for managing the Executive Office. Prior to her current role, she served as SVP, Client Services at 3Pillar for four years, responsible for client acquisition and growth across multiple industry verticals.

Previously, Beller was VP, Product Management at Employee Navigator, a SaaS company providing online benefits administration and HRIS solutions to insurance brokers. Prior to that, she started the Digital Experience practice at Celerity where she defined and led the company’s digital service offerings. She held previous leadership roles at Ironworks Consulting and in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice.

Beller graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
