Michael Nooner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Partner Growth at 3PL Bridge and as Vice President at 3PL Bridge Realty Partners, both positions held since May 2023. Additionally, Michael is a Sponsored Athlete and Representative for Big Game Apparel since January 2025. As the Founder and CEO of Mentality Enterprises since November 2012, Michael successfully grew Tailored Styles Barber & Beauty Salon from one location with $120K in gross revenue in 2019 to four locations before its sale in May 2021. Previously, Michael held various operations management roles at HelloFresh, Iron Mountain, APL Logistics, Americold Logistics, and XPO Logistics, where responsibilities included managing teams, overseeing significant P&L accounts, and implementing efficiency improvements.
