Zhan Ming Yap

Zhan Ming Yap has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as the Director of Team Member Programme at AIESEC in Malaysia from July 2014 to July 2015. During this time, they were involved in team coaching and played a role in building customer experience and satisfaction. From July 2015 to December 2015, Zhan Ming Yap worked as part of the Entity Support Team, focusing on customer satisfaction for the Outgoing Exchange Department at AIESEC in Malaysia. They were responsible for firefighting activities and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Zhan Ming Yap had two roles. They worked as an intern for the Student Primer Industry Program at Kenanga Investment Corporation Ltd. There, they analyzed financial records, executed trading orders in a simulated trading environment, and participated in industry sessions to stay updated on the latest developments. At the same time, they also held a position in the Entity Support Team for People Management at AIESEC in Malaysia. This involved planning and hosting regional conferences for outgoing exchange volunteers, aligning expectations between the national team and local committees, and acting as a subject matter expert.

Zhan Ming Yap then joined Meltwater in 2017 and held various roles. They started as a Media Analyst, responsible for conducting in-depth media monitoring and producing daily and ad-hoc media coverage reports. In March 2020, Zhan Ming Yap was promoted to Senior Media Analyst. In this role, they contributed to setting up workflows, offered technical support, and acted as a wellbeing champion. From June 2021 to April 2023, they worked as an Analyst Manager, acting as a liaison between clients, analysts, and vendors. They also formulated scopes of work for new reports and trained the analysts team.

Currently, Zhan Ming Yap is working as a Customer Success Executive at 3radical, starting from April 2023.

Zhan Ming Yap attended SMK SAM TET from 2006 to 2012. The degree name and field of study for this particular educational experience are not provided.
