Prior to this role, Dahlia worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture from March 2015 to July 2019 and as an IT Assistant at NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education from September 2012 to December 2014, where responsibilities included supporting the Assistant Director of IT with administrative tasks and customer service initiatives. Dahlia completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from American University, graduating in 2014.
