Alya Dikouchine

Alya Dikouchine, CSA, currently serves as Chief of Staff at 3S Money, a bank challenger focused on connecting corporates globally through local business accounts and major payment rails. Previously, Alya held several roles at Wiser Graduates, including Head of People & Culture and Associate Consultant, where the focus was on transforming employer brands by combining culture and performance. Early experience includes positions such as Assistant Manager at Wimbledon – The All England Lawn Tennis Club, where Alya received monetary awards for exceptional service, and internships at FinRobot and SNR Denton. Alya began a career in sales as a Sales Associate at Office Shoes and possesses a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol.
