Johan Carlsson is the founder and managing partner of 3S, a management consultancy specializing in helping internationally spread and culturally diverse organizations drive change and implement strategic decisions. Prior to starting 3S, Johan founded and served as CEO in various companies, and also worked as a project director and consultant in the past. Johan has a background in European Area Management and has experience in building successful market research companies. Johan's education includes studying at Uppsala University.
