Iona Rykkje

Iona Rykkje is a Senior Project Manager at 3Shape, where they focus on driving the DE&I agenda and leadership development across the organization. They have previously held key roles at Capture One, Phase One, and Skillcapital, where they developed strategic projects and managed client relationships. Iona holds an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a degree in Classics from Trinity College, Dublin. Known for a high energy and analytical approach, Iona also enjoys mid-distance running and seasonal sports.
