Jonathan Pagaard

Jonathan Pagaard is a Systems Engineer at 3Shape since June 2021, specializing in complex systems within the medical device field. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Engineer and Project Manager at Triagonal from May 2019 to May 2021, where Jonathan contributed to user-centered design projects in transportation and healthcare. Jonathan conducted a master's thesis at FOSS focusing on user-driven systems engineering for laboratory equipment, identifying key improvement areas. As a Teaching Assistant at DTU, Jonathan supervised undergraduate and master's courses in visual communication and engineering systems design. Additionally, Jonathan co-founded BÆNK, a flexible seating system for events, and contributed to the development of flood-prevention mechanisms at Urban Water ApS. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Design & Innovation from DTU and has studied abroad at Nanyang Technological University and KAIST.
