Serhii Sadovyi

Serhii Sadovyi has extensive experience in technical support and team management, with a strong background in digital dentistry solutions. Serhii currently holds a position as TAM Team Manager at 3Shape, where Serhii oversees a team of Technical Account Managers for global Beta tests. Prior to this, Serhii worked as a Team Lead of Senior Support and Senior Customer Support Consultant, providing 3rd level support for hardware and software solutions. Before joining 3Shape, Serhii worked as a Technical Support Specialist at DTEK Service and as a System Administrator - Engineer at Donetsk Regional Universal Scientific Library. Serhii holds a master's degree in Computer, Physics, and Ecology from Donetsk National University.
