Claudia A. Brea

Claudia A. Brea, Esq. serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at 3Sixty Duty Free, where responsibilities include establishing the legal department and providing legal oversight for the global travel retailer. Previously, Claudia held the position of Associate General Counsel at IBT Group USA, managing legal affairs for a global infrastructure company. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins, providing support on employment and severance agreements for multinational corporations, and roles at Rivero Mestre LLP, Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli, and the United States District Court for The Southern District of Florida. Claudia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Studies, and French from the University of Miami, and is pursuing a Certificate in Duty Free and Travel Retail.
