Don Bailey

Don Bailey is the CEO and Founder of 3SP Co., providing growth focused solutions for scalable brands. In addition, Bailey is also the Co-Owner of Blues Coastal Bar & Grill, a beloved local restaurant and bar known for serving the BEST WINGS in Charleston County. Prior to these roles, Bailey has held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Vice President Operations at Patina Restaurant Group and Director of Operations & Senior Brand Manager at Jerry Remy's Sports Bar & Grill. With a background in commercial real estate and experience supporting hospitality workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. Bailey's education includes attending Boston Latin School.
