Clare Capstick-Dale

Clare Capstick-Dale is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since May 2022, Clare has served as the COO of 3T Logistics & Technology Group. Prior to this, Clare was with Coyote Logistics Europe from January 2017 to April 2022, initially as Vice President of People and Services and then as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, focusing on company growth across Europe. Clare founded Freightex Ltd in 1999 and operated as COO until the company's sale to UPS in 2017. Earlier career experiences include senior management at Ernst & Young, project management at The National Youth Agency, and consulting at Bain & Company. Clare holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
