Ivan Balestra

Ivan Balestra serves as the Plant Manager for E.P.S. e FILCO at COIM Group since February 2019. Concurrently, Ivan has held various roles at 3V SIGMA S.p.a. since April 2006, including Director of Technology and R&D, responsible for pilot plant operations and the initiation of production processes across multiple facilities. Prior to this role, Ivan acted as Process Technologist and Head of the Pilot Plant, overseeing engineering and production sites, as well as serving as Deputy Production Manager for a multipurpose production facility catering to different industries such as cosmetics, detergents, plastics, coatings, and paper. Ivan Balestra earned a Master's Degree in Industrial Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano between 2000 and 2005.
