Stefano Pogliani

Stefano Pogliani is a seasoned professional in sales and business management with extensive experience in the plastic and coating additives industry. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at 3V SIGMA since July 2020, Stefano has held significant leadership roles throughout a diverse career, including positions as Sales Leader for Window Films in Europe and MENA at Avery Dennison, and Sales Director for Mactac Graphics in the same regions. Stefano's career at Mactac Europe spanned from 1998 to 2016, during which time responsibilities included VP Sales and Country Manager for Italy. Prior to Mactac, Stefano gained valuable experience with W. R. Grace & Co. and BOSTON S.p.A. Stefano holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry and has pursued advanced business education at 24ORE Business School.
