Mike Nasibdar has extensive experience in customer service, human resources, and team leadership. Currently serving as Leader Coordinator at 3X3 UNITES since January 2020 and concurrently as Medewerker Servicedesk HR at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Mike has played various roles in the hospitality industry as well as in sports administration, being a co-founder and secretary of BC Gaasperdam Warriors since 2014. Previous positions include Social Media Engagement Specialist at RIFF Digital Engagement and Customer Service Agent at Arvato CRM Benelux B.V. Educational qualifications include a degree in HRM from Roc van Amsterdam and training in secretarial and administrative roles from ROC ASA.

3X3 UNITES

3X3 basketball is a very fast growing Olympic sport, in which the Netherlands is taking the lead. 3X3 UNITES community envision people that combine hard work and passion to bring this popular sport to the next level, started in the Netherlands and developing at a global level - “From the streets to the Olympics!”. 3X3 basketball is unique because players have more ownership over the process and thus the sport, which means players are taking more responsibility, being more adaptable and making own decisions. By developing talent, educating youth, organising next level events and contributing to developmental cooperation projects worldwide, 3X3 UNITES lifts the sport in all its forms to a higher level. Assisting where it’s needed and taking responsibility where it’s possible, all to provide 3x3 basketball with the sustainable platform it deserves. 3X3 UNITES achieves this through strong partnerships and a tight 3X3-community. Our partners are widely represented by cooperating organizations from the business side, government (ex. municipalities, provinces, national governments), international educational and non-profit partners (ex. International Sport Alliance, University of Cologne) and of course basketball organizations (ex. FIBA, National Federations and clubs). Skills which are applicable on the court, but also apply to day to day life off the court. These diverse life skills are what 3X3 UNITES instils in its participants.
