Timmy Tsai

Timmy Tsai has a diverse range of work experience in various technical roles. Timmy began their career in 1999 as an Engineering and Operation VP Assistant at Taiwan Broadband Communication. From 2005 to 2014, they served as the Assistant Manager of Technical Support at Digital Data Communications, where they supported a wide range of network products and collaborated with Taiwan OEMs. Timmy then worked at Avigilon as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting physical security products such as video management systems and IP cameras. Timmy later joined Fortinet as a Technical Marketing Engineer, focusing on IP surveillance cameras, Linux video recorders, and video management software. Timmy then moved on to Hikvision USA, where they worked as a Project/Product Support Engineer, assisting with project management and pre-sale support for surveillance systems. Timmy later joined ENS as a Product Manager, providing technical support and managing products from TVT, Uniview, Dahua, and Hikvision. Timmy has also held positions at Comelit USA as a Product Development Manager, AAEON as a Server and Network Appliance Product Manager, 99 Ranch Market as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, and most recently at 3xLOGIC as a Sales Engineer.

Timmy Tsai has a diverse education history. Timmy obtained their high school diploma from Davis Senior High School in 1995. Following that, they pursued an International Master's degree in Political Science and Government at National Chengchi University from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and completed a second Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, which they finished in 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Timmy Tsai has acquired several certifications. In 2003, they obtained the CWNA certification from Planet 3 wireless and the CCNA certification from Cisco. In 2014, they earned the Microsoft Technology Associate Windows Server Administration Fundamentals as well as the Security Fundamentals certifications from Microsoft. Most recently, in August 2022, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
