Cera Parsons

Cera Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Cera most recently worked at 3Z Brands as the Brooklyn Bedding Customer Experience Manager starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair from May 2015 to September 2022, where they held various roles including Virtual Customer Service Manager and Trainer. As a Trainer, Cera managed a group of new hire consultants, providing coaching and training on soft skills and service techniques. Before their time at Wayfair, Cera was a Store Manager at Martinizing from February 2013 to May 2015, where they successfully managed a team of 20-25 employees and ensured customer satisfaction. Cera began their career at Walmart as a Department Manager from January 2011 to February 2013.

Cera Parsons obtained an Associate of Science degree in Medical Office Assistant/Specialist from Stevens-Henager College. Cera attended the college from 2013 to 2015.
