Jen Lesniak has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jen is currently working as the VP of Digital Product at 3Z Brands since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SpotOn from 2020 to 2022, starting as the Sr. Director of Product - Consumer & Labor. In this role, they managed multiple web and app products across 3 lines of business, successfully improving company structure and reducing turnover. Jen then moved on to become the Director of Product - Online Ordering & Apps, where they led teams responsible for defining product visions, roadmaps, and increasing revenue by 46%.

Before joining SpotOn, Jen Lesniak worked at McDonald's from 2017 to 2020. Jen held the position of Senior Product Manager, Global Mobile App, where they played a crucial role in the strategy, design, and development of features within the flagship Global Mobile App product. Jen also contributed to significant improvements in conversion rates and user experience. Prior to this, they served as Product Manager, Global Mobile App, and UI/UX Design Lead, where they led product planning and design initiatives.

Before their tenure at McDonald's, they worked at Manifest as an Experience Director from 2015 to 2017 and as an Associate Director, User Experience from 2014 to 2015. Jen started their career at Razorfish, holding positions such as Associate Experience Director, Senior Information Architect, and Information Architect from 2007 to 2014. Lastly, they began their professional journey as a Consultant at West Monroe Partners from 2005 to 2007.

Prior to that, they attended DePauw University from 2001 to 2005, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, having double majored in Biology and Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from Scrum.org in September 2019.
