Erica Fearn

Erica Fearn, CAE has a background in agriculture and has held various executive positions in organizations related to agriculture and environmental conservation. Erica currently serves as the Executive Director of the 4-H Education Center at Auerfarm and the President of Mainspring Association Management LLC. Erica also owns Red Rock Boer Goats and has a passion for on-farm education programs. In addition, Erica has experience in executive leadership roles with various associations and has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Connecticut.
