Claire Simless is a Development Manager at the National 4-H Council since September 2022, previously serving as an Account Manager focused on foundations. With extensive experience in grant writing and program management, Claire contributed to the Latin American Youth Center from May 2019 to January 2022, where approximately $19 million in diverse funding was overseen for program sites and a public charter school. Educationally, Claire holds a Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the same institution. Prior roles include Lead ESL Teacher at Casa de Amistad, Writing Tutor for student athletes at the University of Georgia Athletic Association, and various positions at Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, where program planning and community outreach were key responsibilities.
