Ananya Banerjee

Ananya Banerjee is Aledade’s Chief Commercial Officer, where she leads the business development team and works to grow and strengthen the company’s partnerships with commercial payers. Previously, Ananya was Chief of Strategic Payer Partnerships at ChenMed. Ananya also held various leadership roles at Optum, most notably as Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Strategy and Senior Vice President of OptumHealth. Ananya led Optum's strategy and product team and drove organic capital deployment decision-making across all lines of business. Prior to Optum, she spent more than seven years as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in the health care practice and McKinsey's Center for Healthcare Reform. Ananya received her MBA in corporate strategy from University of Michigan and her bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
