Jeffrey Armstrong is an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist at the National 4-H Council since April 2014, responsible for payroll and benefits services for 150 Associates across the United States and South Africa. Prior to this role, Jeffrey served as a Human Resources Manager at Pro Finishes PLUS from October 1994 to December 2013, overseeing human resources for 125 employees in multiple locations. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an additional Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
