Jennifer Z McIver has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer Z has held various roles at different companies. At the National 4-H Council, they served as Vice President, Extension Engagement from January 2021 to present, Vice President, Field Marketing and Partnerships from July 2015 to July 2023, Vice President, Customer Relations from January 2013 to July 2015, Senior Director of Field Support from November 2011 to January 2013, Director of Field Support from May 2006 to November 2011, and Project Manager, 4-H and Extension Relations from August 2002 to May 2006. Prior to their time at the National 4-H Council, they worked at the Business Women's Network as Director, Government and International Projects from February 2000 to August 2002. Jennifer Z also worked at Delphi International as a Resource Associate from June 1997 to February 2000, where they assisted with proposal research, development, and production for clients such as the U.S. Department of State and USAID.

Jennifer Z McIver completed their education and obtained several certifications in the field of Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
