Jonathan Sanford has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Junior Development Tennis Coach at Futures Tennis Academy. Throughout their career, they have held roles such as Research Assistant at Victoria University, Tax Accountant at Lachlan Partners, and Business Analyst at Sportsbet. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Pitcher Partners as an Analyst, preparing tax returns and working with complex clients. Jonathan also worked at Carlton & United Breweries, where they served as a Pricing Operations Analyst and later became a Senior Commercial Finance & Performance Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Planning & Logistics at 4 Pines Brewing Company Pty Ltd, leading the supply and logistics team nationally and engaging with suppliers to optimize inventory and production capabilities.
Jonathan Sanford attended Monash University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Economics degree. In 2011, they completed the Graduate of Junior Development Coaching Qualification at Tennis Australia. In 2008, Jonathan received a Victorian Certificate of Education from Melbourne Grammar School. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained the Business Analysis Foundations certification from LinkedIn.

Welcome to 4 Pines. We make beer that we want to drink and that our mates would be proud of. 4 Pines was born following a post-surf chat at Manly between father and son. That was back in ‘06. A whole lot has happened since we first opened our microbrewery in Manly, but our commitment to leaving the world better than we found it is something that will never change. It’s all about treating the world right, so the fun we have today continues. As each year goes on, we’re learning new ways to be a more sustainable and community-minded company. These initiatives require us to meet comprehensive accountability, transparency, and performance standards. We are on a lifelong journey with family, friends and the community to restore the fun in people’s lives and forever challenge what the world imagines business should be.
