Emily Schroeder

Emily Schroeder is an Associate Principal at 4 Point Consulting. Emily has worked in consulting and project management since March 2018, helping CEOs and senior leadership at startups and small businesses develop talent acquisition strategies to promote growth, diversity, and employee retention goals.

Before joining 4 Point Consulting, Emily was the Business Manager for Finance and Operations at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. In this role, they provided critical support to the Dean of the Business School on all HR, operational, and financial matters. Emily also served as a member of the senior leadership team, training new department chairs and directors on budget management and accounting procedures.

Emily has a proven track record in talent acquisition, HR change management, and benefits rollout projects. Emily is also experienced in managing study abroad programs, developing relationships with international partners, and overseeing trip logistics.

Emily Schroeder has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. Emily also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a certification from Northwestern University in Business Analytics for Decision Makers. Emily has also completed a study abroad program at Charles University in Prague.
