Heather Paterson

Heather Paterson is a Talent Project Coordinator at 4 Point Consulting. Heather has previous experience working in people operations and scheduling operations. Heather has also worked as an Operations Manager and Staff Manager.

Heather Paterson has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University. Heather also has an A.A. in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
