Mikolaj Niedzwiecki has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mikolaj is currently working as the Head of Aftersales Strategy & Partnerships at 4.screen starting from July 2022. Prior to this, they founded their own consultancy firm, "bear the change," in November 2018, where they worked as a Founder, Consultant, and Coach.

From April 2020 to January 2021, Mikolaj served as the Strategy & Transformation Director at Solaris Bus & Coach. As the Head of Strategy Aftersales, they were responsible for developing the global Aftersales Business of BMW Group, implementing new business models, and creating a Target Operating Model.

From 2013 to 2016, Mikolaj served as the Head of Business Development at BMW Brilliance Automotive, where they initiated and built-up the company's corporate and business development function. Mikolaj was responsible for strategic decision-making, alignment with BMW Group and Brilliance Auto, and developing the joint-venture's corporate strategy.

Mikolaj also gained experience outside the automotive industry. Mikolaj worked as a Researcher and Translator at ArcelorMittal from February 2001 to July 2003. Additionally, they held positions as a Working Student at European-University Viadrina from May 1999 to February 2002 and as an Intern at Esprit Consulting and BMW Group.
