Javier Tamargo

Javier Tamargo is the current President & CEO at 407 ETR. Prior to this, they were the VP Commercial Director at Cintra from March 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they were the CEO at I-77 Mobility Partners from October 2014 to March 2020. From May 2012 to September 2014, they were the CEO at 407 East Development Group. Javier was also the COO at North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners from July 2009 to May 2012 and at NTE Mobility Partners LLC from July 2009 to May 2012. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte S.A. from January 2002 to December 2006.

Javier Tamargo has a Bsc and Msc in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and an Imperial College International Diploma (ICID) in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
