Jennifer Babyk currently serves as the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager at 407 ETR since June 2022. With extensive experience in marketing roles, Jennifer previously held various positions at Purolator Inc. from February 2016 to June 2022, including Manager of Retention Growth & Sales Enablement Marketing and Sr. Marketing Consultant for Retention & Growth. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at OLG from May 2009 to February 2016, focusing on gaming marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs. Jennifer's expertise includes developing and executing loyalty strategies, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and retention. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo.
