Joe Kwiatek has over a decade of extensive experience in management and customer relations across various industries. At 407 ETR, Joe serves as Manager of Commercial Relations, where responsibilities include supervising a team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Marketing Consultant at Direct Response Media Group, managing marketing campaigns and client retention for notable brands. Joe's earlier roles include managerial positions at TD Bank Group and TD Canada Trust, focusing on customer service, sales tactics, and staff training. Joe also owned and managed PUR Supper Club, demonstrating expertise in operations and financial management. Joe holds a Business Diploma in Finance from Sheridan College and further education from Ryerson University.
