Rick Loeffler

As Controller of the company, Rick is responsible for all operations of the finance and accounting functions. Rick has over ten years of audit and assurance experience and is a CPA licensed in Texas.

Prior to joining 42, Rick was a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte. He worked with a wide variety of companies, from small private offices to large SEC registrants, across a diverse set of industries. He led and managed global engagement teams conducting audit testing, business cycle and information technology control testing, and resolving technical accounting and reporting matters.

Rick holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

Rick lives in Dallas with his wife, Nanette. They enjoy neighborhood walks, hiking and camping with friends throughout Texas, and visiting National Parks together. Originally from New York, Rick is an ardent New York Yankees fan.
