Tom Durkin is currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at 424 Capital since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Business Development at Lone Pine Capital LLC from March 2023 to June 2025. Tom's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Monument Group, where Tom advanced through roles from Senior Associate to Vice President and ultimately Senior Vice President between January 2019 and March 2023. Earlier in the career, Tom worked at Brooklands Capital Strategies as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst from April 2015 to December 2018, and began as a Consultant and Business Analyst at BTS from August 2013 to April 2015. Tom earned a degree from Middlebury College (2008-2012) and studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2010-2011) while also completing secondary education at The Governor's Academy (2004-2008).
