Wei Koh currently serves as Principal Product Designer at 42dot, specializing in Navigation, ADAS, and Autonomous Driving since January 2025. Previously, Wei held the role of Principal UI/UX Designer at CARIAD, focusing on software-defined vehicle innovations for the Volkswagen Group from June 2024 to January 2025. Wei's extensive experience includes a pivotal role as Principal UX Designer at Rivian, where responsibilities encompassed designing user experiences for navigation and autonomous features in the R1T and R1S models, as well as managing a design team. Prior to Rivian, Wei served as UX Design Manager at Telenav, leading a team to enhance in-vehicle experiences and as a Lead UX Designer for an autonomous vehicle research initiative.
