Kiran Bharwani is the VP of Autonomous Driving at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Prior to joining [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive), Kiran worked as a Technical Specialist on [Faraday Future](/org/faraday-future)'s ADAS and Autonomous Driving Team. Kiran was responsible for leading the Embedded Software team and interfacing with several other teams to achieve this. Kiran was also a key member for developing the Self-Parking feature on the FF91 demo-ed live at CES 2017 in Las Vegas.

Before joining [Faraday Future](/org/faraday-future), Kiran worked as Lead Software Architect on [Caterpillar](/org/caterpillar-inc)'s MineStar Product. Kiran designed and developed solutions to support ADAS and autonomous features on Large Mining Trucks. Kiran led a high-performing team across continents (US, Australia, Canada and India) to achieve this. Kiran also worked on system including LiDARs, RADARs, cameras, Ultrasonic sensors, RF and V2X technology.

Andrew Wehr has been working in the field of environmental health and safety for over 20 years. Andrew started their career as a senior manager at L Brands, a $9 billion retailer, where they helped start and administer the company's new EHS department. Andrew then went on to become the director of SH&E at Allied Mineral Products, where they were responsible for all aspects of the company's EHS program management. In 2006, they joined [Cardinal Health](/org/cardinal-health) as vice president of environment, health, safety, and sustainability. In this role, they oversaw the EHS compliance and management system audits of corporate and subsidiary facilities. Andrew also developed and implemented EHS education courses, audit programs, and performance tracking systems. In 2021, they joined [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive) as VP of EHS.

Scaringe earned his MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was a member of the research team in the Sloan Automotive Laboratory. In leading [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive), he works to maintain a highly collaborative environment and his hands-on approach drives innovative thinking into all aspects of the business and company culture.

Justin Moore is the current Vice President of Mapping at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). In addition, they have been an Engineering Manager at foursquare and a Quantitative Analyst at [Two Sigma Investments](/org/two-sigma).

Sabrina Park is the Senior Director of Talent Development at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Sabrina has over 15 years of experience in organizational development and talent management. Sabrina has a proven track record of designing and implementing programs that improve employee engagement and retention. 

Sabrina started their career as an OD Consultant at Washington Mutual Bank in 2005. Sabrina then spent two years as an OD Specialist at Starbucks Coffee Company before moving to [Infosys](/org/infosys) Consulting in 2008. At [Infosys](/org/infosys), they were a Sr. Associate leading complex change initiatives. In 2009, they left [Infosys](/org/infosys) to join CareFusion as a Sr. Consultant in Talent Management. 

In 2010, Sabrina joined [Apria Healthcare](/org/apria-healthcare) as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Sabrina spent the next 10 years at Apria, leading several successful initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. In 2020, they left Apria to join [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive) as the Senior Director of Talent Development.

Sabrina Park is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior at [Claremont Graduate University](/org/claremont-graduate-university), having previously earned an MA in the same field from CGU as well. Cindy Nicola is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Nicola began their career in 1990 as an HR/Quality leader at A.W. Chesterton Company. Cindy then moved to [Avery Dennison](/org/avery-dennison) in 1998 as an HR leader. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at [Electronic Arts](/org/electronic-arts). During their time at EA, they led the global talent organization and was responsible for recruitment, university relations, and talent technology. In 2011, they left EA to join Apple Inc. as the Senior Director of Worldwide Corporate Recruiting. At Apple, they oversaw recruiting, university relations, inclusion and diversity, recruiting operations and tech, and global mobility during the company's hyper growth period. In 2015, Nicola left Apple to join Tesla Motors as the Vice President of Global Recruiting & Mobility. Cindy held this position until 2019 when they joined [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive).

Eric Wood is the current Vice President of User Experience at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Prior to that, they were with [Nembol](/org/nembol), [Telenav](/org/telenav), University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, [Shutterfly](/org/shutterfly), FanKix, Inc., and Bizzy, Inc. Wood has over 20 years of experience in product and design. Eric co-founded FanKix, Inc. and was the first employee at Bizzy, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Product and Design. Eric also spent time at [Shutterfly](/org/shutterfly) as the Head of Design for ThisLife and at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business as a Design Mentor. 

At [Telenav](/org/telenav), Wood served as Vice President of Design & Global Head of User Experience Design and Research. Eric built a team of 40+ people focused on automotive software and created connected vehicle and self-driving car software experiences across the vehicle infotainment center, instrument cluster, head-up display as well as mobile phones and web applications. [Telenav](/org/telenav) produced the JD Power #1 ranked built-in navigation system the last three years and became the single largest automotive navigation supplier in the North American market during their time there.

Jimmy Knauf is currently the EVP of Facilities at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Jimmy was previously an advisor at an LA based real estate start-up from March 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Global Facilities at [Tesla](/org/tesla) from December 2014 to March 2018 where they oversaw real estate, design, construction, and operations for workplace, production facilities, and retail development globally. Before [Tesla](/org/tesla), Jimmy worked at DreamWorks Animation from June 2009 to November 2014 where they were the Director of Global Facilities and Corporate Security. In this role, they oversaw facility operations and corporate security at DreamWorks Animation's global facilities including locations in the US, UK, China, and India. Jimmy also managed several high-profile projects, including the consolidation of DreamWorks Animation's NYC office (20,000 square feet), the relocation of their London office (15,000 square feet), the expansion of Big Idea Entertainment's Nashville office (7,000 square feet), the startup of DreamWorks Animation's TV division (200,000 square feet), and the development of the DreamCenter Shanghai (3.5 million square feet). Prior to DreamWorks Animation, Jimmy worked as a Project Manager at Tectonics Construction, Inc. from March 2006 to May 2009.

Randy Frank is currently the VP of Body & Interior Engineering at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Prior to their current position, they worked for Ford Motor Company from July 1991 to March 2019, where they were the Chief Engineer of Virtual Verification and CAE. In this role, they were responsible for virtual verification of future product models worldwide, as well as leading the Global Engineering Services group in Chennai, India. Additionally, they worked to enable design verification efficiency through the use of virtual verification tools in a model based systems engineering environment across all functions/attributes.

Throughout their career, Randy Frank has demonstrated their dedication to improving the efficiency of product design and development through innovative thinking and the use of cutting-edge technologies. Randy's experience with virtual verification tools will be a valuable asset as [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive) looks to develop new products in the coming years.

Victor Prajapati is the Senior Director of Cell Engineering at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Victor previously held the position of Senior Manager of Cell Manufacturing Engineering at [Tesla](/org/tesla) from July 2017 to October 2020. At [Tesla](/org/tesla), Victor led a team to deliver 3 manufacturing lines (protoype, pilot and full production) and also lead the acquisition of Hibar. Prior to working at [Tesla](/org/tesla), Victor was the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at [First Solar](/org/first-solar) from April 2013 to November 2017. At [First Solar](/org/first-solar), Victor helped develop and integrate the process flow for Tetrasun and managed a transition from lab to 100MW scale production ramp up within two years. Victor has also worked as a Process Integration Engineer at Hanwha Solar and as a Doctoral Student at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Rahul Gulati is the Head of Engineering, Vehicle Services at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Rahul has over 15 years of experience in leading and directing engineering teams responsible for design, development, and operationalizing highly scalable data analytics and Visualization platforms in the cloud (AWS) and on-premise.

Most recently, Gulati served as the Head of Enterprise Data & Integration Platform at GE Digital from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the enterprise data platform & operations, enterprise architecture & integration platforms, and cloud infrastructure & operations. Prior to GE Digital, Gulati was the Director of Engineering at [OpenX](/org/openx) from January 2016 to December 2018 where they led from vision to design and implementation of near real-time, interactive, actionable data insight platform for external and internal customers.

Steve Gawronski is currently the VP of Global Supply Chain at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Prior to that, they were with Zoox Inc. from September 2017 to May 2018 as the Procurement & Strategic Partnerships - Body & Closures. Before that, they were with [Tesla](/org/tesla) from April 2010 to August 2017 as Sr. Group Manager, Supply Chain - Lighting & Seating. There they were responsible for leading and supporting the strategic sourcing of over 50 vehicle commodities and more than 1000 unique components on the upcoming [Tesla](/org/tesla) Model S. Steve also delivered more than 60 molding tools to [Tesla](/org/tesla)’s in-house plastics shop, totaling more than $20 million in spend for production of various interior and exterior components. Dennis P. Lucey is the Director of Commercial Finance at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Dennis has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Dennis began their career at [Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP](/org/frank-rimerman-plus-co-llp) in 1994 as a Supervising Senior Accountant. Dennis then joined Gap Inc. in 1998 as the Senior Director of Finance for the Global Franchise division. Dennis was responsible for the financial turnaround of the division and led the organizational restructuring. Dennis also developed the strategy for the Franchise business and partnered with the leadership team to assess all partnerships with unaffiliated franchisees.

Kaysha Lopez is an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Kaysha has previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant at Karma Automotive LLC from February 2016 to November 2019. In their previous position, they were responsible for maintaining the organizational chart for Moreno Valley, scheduling interviews for executive and non-exempt roles, assisting with employee life-cycle transactions, monitoring planned visits/visitors, facilitating and executing all plant events, overseeing receptionist duties, drafting correspondence, arranging travel plans, coordinating itineraries, and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets. Erik Fields is the Vice President of Manufacturing at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Erik has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked for Nissan Motor Corporation, Honda of America Mfg., Inc., and [Worthington Industries](/org/worthington-industries).

Erik started their career as a Co-op Quality Engineer at [Worthington Industries](/org/worthington-industries). Erik then moved to Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where they held the position of Engineering Coordinator - New Model Development. In April 2007, Erik joined Nissan Motor Corporation as Vice President Manufacturing Operations, a position they held until August 2020.

Erik has been instrumental in the development and launch of numerous new models, including the Nissan Leaf and Nissan Titan. Erik is a highly respected leader in the automotive industry, and their experience will be invaluable as [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive) looks to launch its own electric vehicles in the coming years.

Georgios Sarakakis is the VP of Reliability at [Rivian](/org/rivian-automotive). Georgios has previous experience working as a Senior Manager at Apple and as a Manager at [Waymo](/org/waymo). 

Georgios has always been focused on ensuring reliability and quality in the products they work on. At Apple, they were in charge of iPhone and [Core Technologies](/org/core-technologies) reliability operations. Georgios set up a new organization within quality operations with the mission to ensure reliability at scale, allow rapid detection and action on issues and drive down warranty cost by better understanding the customer experience. Georgios and their team were successful in reducing warranty costs and increasing customer satisfaction. 

At [Waymo](/org/waymo), Georgios led hardware reliability for the Google/Waymo self driving car. Georgios was responsible for leading a team of Hardware Reliability Engineers to design in, test and validate reliability for new products. Georgios also created and directed the Failure Mode - Effects Analysis program for the company. Under Georgios's leadership, the company saw order of magnitude improvements in reliability performance to support scaling of a driverless fleet service. 

Georgios is known for their continuous improvement focus and their ability to teach best practices to others. Georgios taught a top rated reliability engineering class to all of [Alphabet](/org/alphabet-int) to spread best practices across all organizations.
