Jennifer Slightham

Jennifer Slightham is currently the CEO and co-founder of 434 Marketing, where they have been working since 2012. Jennifer'sresponsibilities include overseeing team management and development, revenue management, operational efficiency, and strategic business planning. Jennifer also creates a supportive and welcoming agency culture for the company's team and clients. Jennifer Slightham is a member of the Board of Directors of BBB Serving Western VA since 2023 and a former member of the Board of Directors of Downtown Lynchburg Association serving from 2017 to 2022. Before working at 434 Marketing, they worked at various businesses including Victoria's Secret, American Eagle Outfitters, and Virginia Eye Clinic in different management positions.

Jennifer Slightham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing & Merchandising from Liberty University between 2003 and 2008.
