As a Founding Principal at 44 LLC, Jessica leads a multidisciplinary design studio focused on human-centric innovation. Additionally, Jessica co-founded Plia, an initiative committed to creating low impact and zero waste home products. In academia, Jessica serves as Associate Professor of Design at Parsons School of Design, where responsibilities include teaching and curricular development. Jessica's previous roles include Co-Founder and Creative Director at Tourmaline, Design Director at tzelan, and Principal at Deft, LLC, among others, showcasing a strong history in hospitality and product design.
