Nychol Bazurto Gomez

Nychol Bazurto Gomez has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director Of Engineering for 47 Degrees. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Seven4N as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in back end projects using agile methodologies and CI/CD. During this time, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad de Los Andes from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Nychol was a Software Engineer at Prodigious Latin America. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Graduate Assistant at Universidad de los Andes, where they implemented different level exercises, collaborated in other transversal activities, and designed grade templates and exam design. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Nychol was a Technical Analyst at Ritbox S.A.S, where they implemented a web solution to optimize the processes of the microfinance area of Banco de Bogotá. Her tasks included database modeling and implementation, backend development, deployment, front-end development, and designing white box tests.

Nychol Bazurto Gomez obtained a Systems engineer degree from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas between 2009 and 2015, specializing in Systems engineering. In 2016, they received a MsC. in Systems and Computer Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes. In 2017, they were awarded the Scrum Fundamentals Certified Credential from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
