Polina Reutskaya

Polina Reutskaya has a strong background in software development and business development. Polina started their career in 2014 as a Solutions Advisor at Oxagile, where they mapped customer software requirements to Oxagile solutions and assessed customers' current processes. In 2019, they joined DigitalMara as the Head of Direct Marketing, overseeing the full software development lifecycle and helping enterprises adopt technologies like data science and digital transformation. In 2021, Polina became the Head of Demand Generation at Helmes, a leading software development company in Northern Europe, where they focused on tech strategy, service design, software development, and data management. Polina then worked as a Business Development Executive at Independent Consultancy Software Development Services from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Polina holds the role of Lead Generation Manager at 47 Degrees, a part of Xebia, where they are responsible for generating leads.

Polina Reutskaya obtained their first Bachelor's degree in Mechanics and Mathematics from Belorussian State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued further education and completed another Bachelor's degree in Business from Kaplan Business School, studying from 2011 to 2013.
