Damon Dubose Jr.

Damon Dubose Jr. currently serves as the International Headwear Coordinator at '47 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Damon was the Owner of Progressionz from July 2017 to October 2022, managing sales and inventory, utilizing graphic design skills for website and apparel design, and leveraging social media for marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Lids from July 2017 to August 2021, focusing on customer service, merchandise maintenance, and embroidery expertise. Damon also completed a summer internship at Neiman Marcus Group in 2017, contributing to display arrangements and inventory management. Damon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, along with minors in Graphic Design and Fashion Merchandising, from Southern New Hampshire University in April 2022.
