Philip Miceli has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. Philip began their career in 1996 at GE Capital as Manager of Risk Management, where they performed real estate portfolio risk evaluations for executive management and developed revenue enhancement programs for existing customers. In 2000, they joined Acxiom Corporation as Senior Director of Global Multi-Channel Marketing Agency, where they managed strategic partnerships and pipeline for all global agency new-logo business. Philip also interfaced with and assisted clients with acquisition, retention, cross sales, upsells and cost reduction goals. In 2012, they became a Consultant for Black Oak Partners, providing consulting services to Black Oak clients on credit card solicitation processing and directly to Black Oak on new data quality assurance product development. Finally, in 2014, they joined Passive House Center Inc. as Director of Operations, where they were responsible for importing 400+ products across 9 product lines from European manufacturers and managing U.S. and Canadian distribution.
Philip Miceli obtained a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Design, Construction and Development from New York University in 2013. Philip obtained a M.B.A. in Banking & Finance from Hofstra University - Frank G. Zarb School of Business between 1990 and 1995, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from New York Institute of Technology between 1980 and 1985. Philip also holds a Certified Passive House Consultant from the Passive House Institute obtained in April 2020, a LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) obtained in April 2014, and a Certified Passive House Tradesperson from the Passive House Institute obtained in 2014.
